New batch increased the stall torque and even decreased the stall current!
Elevate your robotics projects with the SoBotz N20 DC motor, engineered for power and durability. This high-performance motor operates at 6V with a speed of 600 RPM, delivering an impressive 1.3 kg/cm stall torque and up to 2.7A current outclassing many competitors. During our tests it handled 3s lithium batteries, but due to the small size of these motors they do get hot. So please ensure adequate cooling at higher voltages if used aggressively. And even though they do survive higher voltages than 3s, I don’t really suggest that, as you will be greatly shortening the lifespan + they provide a lot of power at lower voltages compared to the competition.
Key Features:
- Superior Gearbox Construction: Unlike conventional N20 motors that use brass gear plates, the SoBotz motor is reinforced with steel plates, boosting durability, especially in high-stress environments such as combat robotics.
- Enhanced Assembly Security: The gearbox is secured with screws treated with light screw glue, reducing the risk of detachment during intense vibrations or impacts, making it ideal for robot battles.
- Optimized Longevity: Equipped with carbon brushes, this motor not only offers enhanced performance but also ensures a longer lifespan, providing reliable operation over extended use.
