It applies to every code we issue, unless the code itself says otherwise.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where a code works<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Discount codes apply to parts sold at their normal price. Enter your code at the checkout, in the <strong>Add coupons<\/strong> box next to your order summary. The discount is shown before you pay.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where a code does not work<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Codes cannot be used on:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>Items that are already discounted.<\/strong> This covers anything showing a sale price, and anything already reduced by a quantity discount, where the price per piece drops as you buy more.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Repeat Robotics products.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Makerspace products.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We stock Repeat Robotics and Makerspace parts for other makers, and their prices are already as low as we can sell them for. A discount on top is not something we can carry.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What this looks like in your basket<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>If your basket holds both kinds of items, the code applies to the eligible ones only. The excluded items stay at their normal price.<\/li>\r\n<li>If everything in your basket is excluded, the code will not apply, and the checkout will tell you so.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The rest of the rules<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>One code per order. Codes cannot be combined with each other.<\/li>\r\n<li>Each code has its own end date, and some need a minimum order value. The checkout tells you if a code has run out or the minimum is not reached.<\/li>\r\n<li>Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.<\/li>\r\n<li>Codes reduce the price of the parts, not the delivery charge, unless the code is a free-delivery code.<\/li>\r\n<li>Each code can be used once per customer, unless we say otherwise.<\/li>\r\n<li>We can change or withdraw a code at any time. Orders already placed are not affected.<\/li>\r\n<li>If you return something bought with a code, we refund what you actually paid for it. If you are buying to resell, write to us instead and we will talk about trade prices.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Questions<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a code does not work and you think it should, <a href=\"\/en\/contact\/\">contact us<\/a> before placing the order, and we will sort it out.
