This buck regulator is insanely small with powerful specs!
\nThe STI3470 chip allows up to 2A of current (although we found a 3A chip, but we still need to do some testing).
\nUsing high quality Wuerth Elektronik inductors<\/p>\n

During our testing we did achieve 1.9A, but we don’t suggest using this buck at such loads, because it gets very hot. We suggest using at shorter peak loads as it’s more fit for that.
\nThe final design will have jumpers for 3.3, 5 and 7.4V outputs, but do note, that this is a buck regulator, so to get the lower voltage, the input voltage should be at least 1.5v higher than the output.<\/p>\n
