You will receive an email to activate your account. <strong>Please check the spam folder if you didn&#8217;t receive the email.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Log in with your account on <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.robochallenge.ro\/login.php\"><b>robochallenge.ro<\/b><\/a>. At this point you can manage your team until<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> October 10th 2024<\/span>. After that, the system will be closed.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Team<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>fill your team name<\/li>\n<li>fill the country name that your team represents<\/li>\n<li>provide the city and county from where are coming from<\/li>\n<li><em>All this informations are mandatory.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Members<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>add your team members<\/li>\n<li>the team leader by default is the account manager. If someone else is the leader you can assign this role.<\/li>\n<li>at this point you can manage your team, add members, delete members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Robots<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>using this section you can add your robots<\/li>\n<li>you must check your robot in for the category you want to register and the team members who will operate the robot (<b>max 5 members for each robot<\/b>).<\/li>\n<li><strong>robot registration is free<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><em>A team can compete in more than one challenge. Even if you won a certification you can register in all the challenges that you want, if you have the robots.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Shop<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>in this section you can find the way to our partner shop from where you can buy the start stop sensor<\/li>\n<li>the start stop modules can be picked up and paid at check-in and in the competition. Payment can be made only by card<\/li>\n<li><strong>the Start-Stop module is mandatory for mega sumo, mini sumo, micro sumo, nano sumo, mini sumo kids and maze challenges<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><em>The module is used to start and stop the robots at the same time by the referee<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Checkout<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>when you are done with the sensors you will press the button Go to Checkout<\/li>\n<li>you can see an overview of your registration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Pay<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>in the checkout section you will have the buttoon<strong> pay <\/strong>that will redirect you to the payment system<\/li>\n<li>the fee is 25 \u20ac for each registered team. The fee is not for each robot. One team can compete in more than one category without extra charge.<\/li>\n<li><strong>the participants that have certifications from competitions that have agreement with Robochallenge will not pay the fee.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>please send the certification by e-mail <a href=\"mailto:robochallenge.romania@gmail.com\">robochallenge.romania@gmail.com<\/a> for validation purposes of the registration.<\/li>\n<li>payment will be made only on http:\/\/robochallenge.ro\/.
