You must follow a few simple steps to register:

1. You will create an Account on robochallenge.ro and fill in the information for the admin of the account. Please use a valid email address. You will receive an email to activate your account. Please check the spam folder if you didn’t receive the email.
   
2. Log in with your account on robochallenge.ro. At this point you can manage your team until October 10th 2024. After that, the system will be closed.
3. Team

• fill your team name
• fill the country name that your team represents
• provide the city and county from where are coming from
• All this informations are mandatory.

4. Members

• add your team members
• the team leader by default is the account manager. If someone else is the leader you can assign this role.
• at this point you can manage your team, add members, delete members.

5. Robots

• using this section you can add your robots
• you must check your robot in for the category you want to register and the team members who will operate the robot (max 5 members for each robot).
• robot registration is free
• A team can compete in more than one challenge. Even if you won a certification you can register in all the challenges that you want, if you have the robots.

6. Shop

• in this section you can find the way to our partner shop from where you can buy the start stop sensor
• the start stop modules can be picked up and paid at check-in and in the competition. Payment can be made only by card
• the Start-Stop module is mandatory for mega sumo, mini sumo, micro sumo, nano sumo, mini sumo kids and maze challenges
• The module is used to start and stop the robots at the same time by the referee

7. Checkout

• when you are done with the sensors you will press the button Go to Checkout
• you can see an overview of your registration

8. Pay

• in the checkout section you will have the buttoon pay that will redirect you to the payment system
• the fee is 25 € for each registered team. The fee is not for each robot. One team can compete in more than one category without extra charge.
• the participants that have certifications from competitions that have agreement with Robochallenge will not pay the fee. 
• please send the certification by e-mail robochallenge.romania@gmail.com for validation purposes of the registration.
• payment will be made only on http://robochallenge.ro/. After the payment is received your registration is validated.
• after the payment changes can be made to the account until October 10th 2024, 23:30.
• after the payment or if we validate the account, you will receive a confirmation email.
