Description
Built for combat robots, these weapon blades are cut from high-strength wear-resistant steels and available in a range of shapes for different Antweight setups.
Choose from compact drumlets, single-tooth spinners, horizontal and vertical blades, or forks depending on your robot’s design and weight requirements.
This is the first batch, it also water cut. You can notice, that the middle hole has these edges – the idea behind this was for these blades to be compatible with 3 types of motors, but due to close tolerances and specifics of water cutting this idea didn’t work out. But this doesn’t affect the performance of these blades. Future blades won’t have the 5mm spacing holes. Hence this batch gets a 10% discount. Future batches will have normal price.
All blades with the middle hole are compatible with 5mm shaft or 9mm spacing holes that are typically found on Flashhobby 1806 motors. Stinger blade has an inner diameter of ~27.2mm which can be used with 3D printed mounts or mounted directly on a brushless motor bell.
Drumlets are an idea to make strong blades for a drum style weapon, but can also be used like the stinger blade.
Available designs:
- Wasp Drumlet 3mm – compact 3 mm drumlet, the idea is to use this in a drum in combination with 2+ blades. Effective 75mm bite diameter, weight 17 g.
- Boar Drumlet 4mm – heavier 4 mm drumlet, the idea is to use this in a drum in combination with 2+ blades. Effective 75mm bite diameter, weight 29 g.
- HedgeHog Blade 3mm – our most fun design blade which also has it’s own sticker! Effective 75mm bite diameter, weight 38 g.
- Vertical Stinger 4mm – 4 mm, vertical spinner with a single tooth. This blade hits like a train, you can see in the videos below as it’s already used by the robot “Nazgul”. Effective bite diameter is 78mm, weight 35 g.
- Mantis Blade 3mm – 3 mm big horizontal spinner blade. 107mm diameter, weight 34 g.
- Pick Blade 3mm – concentrated single-tooth design. Effective 95mm bite diameter, weight 36 g.
- Reaper Blade 3mm – blade of average size that you can use in horizontal or vertical spinners. 77 mm diameter, weight 30 g.
- Saw Blade 3mm – versatile small disc for horizontal or vertical configurations. 55mm diameter, weight 24 g.
- Executioner Blade 6mm – heavier 6 mm horizontal blade for 454 g robots, weight 92 g.
Materials:
- 3.25 mm – Hardox 450
- 4 mm – 500 TUF
- 6 mm – Hardox 600
Weapons are sand blasted for this batch by us, but Hardox typically has this rusty look that you can see on our forks.
The step and dxf files are available on Grabcad.
