Antweight Aluminum Hubmotor Beater Kit

Description

A lightweight aluminium beater bar designed specifically for the Repeat 2207 hubmotor and 1 lb antweight combat robots.

The beater is machined from 7075-T6 aluminium and uses a symmetrical tooth design, allowing the weapon to wear evenly during use. It weighs just 91 g and is available in red anodized and black anodized finishes.

The product can be purchased as the beater bar alone or together with the hardware kit needed to assemble the hubmotor weapon.

Beater specifications

Hardware kit includes

• Custom Grade 5 titanium shaft, 0.25 × 3″
• 2× M4×8 mm flanged button-head screws
• 4× M3×12 mm button-head screws
• 4× M3×10 mm button-head screws
• R4 high-speed bearing
• 6704 ring bearing
• Hubmotor shim washer
• 5× far-side shim washers
• 1× Magnet ring
• 1× Stator

The beater’s bearing and magnet-ring bores are intentionally a loose fit. Repeat Robotics recommends securing these components with Loctite 638 or a small amount of super glue. The supplied titanium shaft may require light sanding on one side for the R4 bearing to slide over it.
